ABOUT US

Suren Palakkal, our founder, has 35+ years of Supply Chain experience in global consulting and manufacturing organizations as a Supply Chain SME. He has worked in Supply chain Process and functional leadership roles in multinational manufacturing and consulting organizations around the world. He is APICS certified on CPIM, CSCP, CLTD and is a Master instructor for APICS certifications. He also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Campbell University, teaching courses in Global Supply Chain Management for the Campbell MBA program. Suren holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and a Masters in Industrial Engineering.

Suren is an accomplished APICS certified (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) Supply Chain professional. During his professional career he has assumed roles of VP – Global consulting, Materials Manager, Supply Chain Project / Program Manager, Principal Consultant, and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in multiple aspects of Supply Chain including S&OP, Advanced Planning, Supply Chain execution and Materials Management.

He has delivered supply chain certification and other courses for several professional organizations around the world ranging from small and medium industry segments to multi-billion corporations. He has taught hundreds of students in the USA and the Middle East (Qatar, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, UAE) and Africa including the United Nations Supply Chain Management African HQ Organization in Kenya.

Suren loves to work with and mentor professionals in helping shape their careers and professional acumen. Suren has been the President of the local chapter of APICS and currently volunteers as the VP of Education. He is also a volunteer with ASCM/APICS (Association for Supply Chain Management) as a mentor in their Careers and Certification community/group.
